Expert Opinion. On time.

• I take instructions from claimant and defendant

• Screening reports, containing an appraisal of the medical issues and opinion normally take 15 working days

• Full reports consist of an introduction, analysis of medical issues, investigation of facts, opinion and statements of  truth, compliance and conficts.  These take 25 working days.

• Screening reports are not suitable for disclosure or court use.

• Full reports are CPR 35 compliant.

• I'm prepared to appear in court

• I'm prepared to attend EW conferences and conference with counsel

• I always follow "Acting as a professional or expert witness - Guidance for healthcare professionals" which is endorsed by the Royal College of Anaesthetists and is consistent with the standards and guidance of the General Medical Council.

• I travel out of region
